An opportunity to learn and grow
IWISCI was developed in 2016 from a place of passion and ambition. Its ultimate goal is to bring female-identifying students and faculty together to empower one another, and to engage in discussion about what it means to be a woman in science today and in the future. The full-day conference includes panel discussions from female-identifying professors, graduate students, and experts in STEM fields, lectures from keynote speakers, workshops for university and high school students, and networking opportunities. The conference is open to everyone who is interested, regardless of age or gender identity. This page will be updated with more information about the conference as it becomes available.
